TRANSCRIBING
The quality of the audio you send will directly influence the quality of the transcription. Low quality audio will affect our fee, amongst other factors like audio-length. If quality is too poor, we may not accept your proposal.
We would expect you to send your audio file(s) as either an MP3 or MP4 file to guarantee compatibility with our devices.
PROOFREADING
As ProofRed is a proofreading service with elements of transcribing, we work on a range of texts, including books, CVs, essays, and company documentation.
We would expect you to send your work to us in a Word document. For novels and essays, documents need to be double spaced in Arial, and with a font size of at least 12.
